I. Preamble

The Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the method of collecting, retaining and other processing of personal data by NETLOOK s.r.o., with its registered office at Vojtesska 211/6, 110 00, Praha 1 - Nove Mesto, Czech Republic, Company ID: 25711385, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 63361 (“COMPANY”), in connection with your use of the websites CZECHCASTING.COM (individually and/or jointly, “SITE”), in particular, with the purchase of services and interactions with COMPANY (e.g. through provision of customer services).

The Policy complements and is an integral part of the Terms of Website use (“Terms”), or the terms of other COMPANY services to which this Policy explicitly refers, and applies to personal data collected and processed by COMPANY. Capitalised definitions/terms provided in the Terms have the same meaning in this Policy.

The protection of privacy and personal data protection is a priority for COMPANY and the processing of personal data is considered strictly confidential. Personal data are handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular, with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“Regulation”) and Act No. 110/2019 Sb., on Personal Data Processing, as amended (“Act”).

COMPANY is entitled to change this Policy at any time with immediate effect. You will be informed about such changes. If this Policy is changed in a way which requires your consent, we will ask you for it.

II. Privacy policy

COMPANY collects information from you when you register on the SITE or place an order.

When ordering or registering on the SITE, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter mainly your user name, password and e-mail address. COMPANY may also collect IP address of the computer you are using to access the SITE and other relevant information about you from the payment processing provider you selected from the list of authorized COMPANY’s payment processing providers.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: (i) to process transactions, (ii) to provide you entertainment services and to administer your membership, (iii) to send informative or commercial e-mails.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company [except the selected COMPANY’s payment processing provider] for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for express purpose of service requested.

The e-mail address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

All financial data will be processed by one of the authorized COMPANY’s payment processing providers in order to initiate and complete any orders placed on your account. The payment processors have separate and independent terms and privacy policies and it is your obligation to read and submit to these terms and privacy policies.

If you send COMPANY any personal communication or correspondence by any means, to the SITE, or any of its employees, agents or representatives, COMPANY may collect the information regarding that communication and include that information in your database.

COMPANY implement a reasonable security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure. As a result, while COMPANY strive to protect your personally identifiable information, COMPANY cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit, and you do so at your own risk.

On the basis of your visit of the SITE, COMPANY may collect passive information about your visit. Passive information is any form of navigational data, aggregate data, click-stream data, tracking data, historical data etc. It may include the domain name of your internet service provider, referral data, browser and platform type etc. COMPANY use this information to trace how users are accessing and using the SITE.

Occasionally, at COMPANY’s discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on the SITE. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. COMPANY therefore has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, COMPANY seeks to protect the integrity of the SITE and welcome any feedback about these sites.

By using the SITE, you consent to our privacy policy. If COMPANY decides to change its privacy policy, COMPANY will post those changes on the SITE.
